Make the most out of the EXPO while you're there. This is an investment to get maximum results and exposure for your company. Be organized and make a list of everything you need to take. The more prepared you are, the smoother things will go. Make sure all of your materials include your name, address, phone and website information. You may also hand out a basic brochure and do follow-up emails to the people who visit your booth. If you are selling products, make sure you provide your customer with a receipt.

During the Event...
-
Listen to your visitors and answer questions

Always be ready with information- hand out a brochure or offer to send them an information packet

Keep your booth clean-hide any food or drinks, replenish materials and neaten up your area
-
Try and keep at least 2 people staffing the booth at all times; bring extra staff if needed
